이용약관

1. 서비스

Keyfame(이하 “앱”)은 KAMU(이하 “회사”)가 제공하는 리듬게임입니다. 앱은 무료이며 광고가 들어 있습니다.

2. 이용자의 의무

앱을 변조하거나 자동 입력 등 부정한 방법으로 기록을 올리지 않습니다. 그런 기록은 지우고 올리기를 막을 수 있습니다.
다른 사람에게 불쾌감을 주는 이니셜을 쓰지 않습니다. 회사는 그런 이니셜을 지우거나 바꿀 수 있습니다.
앱과 콘텐츠를 개인적·비상업적 목적으로만 씁니다.

3. 순위표

세계 순위표에는 이니셜·국기·점수 등이 공개됩니다. 곡의 채보가 바뀌거나 시즌이 바뀌면 새 순위표가 시작될 수 있으며, 서비스 사정으로 순위표를 초기화할 수 있습니다.

4. 권리

앱의 곡·그림·글꼴·프로그램 등 콘텐츠에 대한 권리는 회사 또는 정당한 권리자에게 있습니다. 앱 안의 라이선스 화면에서 사용한 오픈소스와 글꼴의 라이선스를 볼 수 있습니다.

5. 광고

앱에는 제3자 광고가 나옵니다. 광고의 내용과 광고주가 제공하는 상품·서비스는 광고주의 책임입니다.

6. 서비스 변경과 중단

회사는 운영상·기술상 필요에 따라 서비스의 전부 또는 일부를 바꾸거나 멈출 수 있으며, 가능한 한 미리 알립니다.

7. 책임의 제한

회사는 무료로 제공하는 서비스와 관련하여 회사의 고의 또는 중대한 과실이 없는 손해에 대해서는 책임을 지지 않습니다. 다만 관련 법령이 달리 정하는 경우에는 그에 따릅니다.

8. 약관의 변경

약관을 바꾸면 시행 7일 전부터 이 페이지에 알립니다.

9. 준거법과 관할

이 약관은 대한민국 법을 따르며, 분쟁은 민사소송법에 따른 관할 법원에서 해결합니다.

Terms of Use

1. The service

Keyfame (the “app”) is a rhythm game provided by KAMU (“we”). The app is free and contains ads.

2. Your responsibilities

Do not modify the app or submit records by unfair means such as automated input. We may remove such records and block submissions.
Do not use offensive initials. We may remove or change them.
Use the app and its content for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

3. Rankings

Initials, flags and scores are public on the world ranking. A new ranking may start when a song's chart or the season changes, and we may reset rankings for operational reasons.

4. Rights

Rights to the songs, artwork, fonts, software and other content belong to us or their rightful owners. Open-source and font licenses are listed on the license screen in the app.

5. Ads

The app shows third-party ads. Advertisers are responsible for their ads and the products or services they offer.

6. Changes and interruptions

We may change or suspend all or part of the service for operational or technical reasons and will give notice in advance where possible.

7. Limitation of liability

Because the service is free, we are not liable for damages that do not result from our intent or gross negligence, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

8. Changes to these terms

We will post any change on this page at least 7 days before it takes effect.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and disputes will be resolved by the court of competent jurisdiction under the Korean Civil Procedure Act.
